MSC members work on projects that can be a simple installation of an HVAC unit to designing, creating, building, and installing complex creations from scratch.
Whether it is hoisting an HVAC unit to the roof of a building with a crane or a helicopter or installing the duct work for the venting system, MSC members can design the blueprints for the HVAC systems and then put their team to work to install the best system for the project.
Many MSC members have pipe fabrication facilities on-site with the capabilities to engineer the exact piping needed for each project. They have trained welders who are skilled at their craft and ensure the highest quality of work. The craftsmanship of all of our contractors goes through strict quality control audits before it appears on any jobsite to ensure the highest quality product. A few of the industries that our contractors provide pipe fabrication projects include:
- Marine Industry
- Manufacturing Facilities
- Industrial Plants
- Power Generation Plants
- Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
- Oil, Gas, & Pipeline Facilities
- Food & Beverage Facilities
MSC members have trained mechanics that are skilled craftsmen when it comes to cutting, bending, rolling, and joining metals into complex shapes and creations to fit the unique designs of their customers’ vision and project. They deliver one-of-a-kind products that allow their customers to stand out amongst their competitors. They use the latest technologies and specialized equipment to produce the best custom products, as well as modify and repair custom metal. They are the experts in their field.
Building Control Systems connect a building’s HVAC, lighting, security, and detection systems into one state-of-the-art platform. These automated systems create clear lines of communication for smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. Controls are also used by MSC members for refrigeration systems.
Using the latest technologies in BIM (Building Information Modeling), CAD/CADD (Computer Assisted Design), and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), MSC members can improve construction and maintenance, improve project coordination, and increase productivity while decreasing expenses and waste. Working with in-house designers on projects is not only cost efficient, but also a time saver. MSC members can design projects and collaborate with all members of their team, from engineers to field supervisors, and project managers and foremen to make sure their clients’ visions are not only attainable but accurate.
Saving money and creating energy efficient solutions keep customers returning to MSC members. They identify energy saving alternatives and solutions to help customers better manage their utility spending. Designing and creating environmentally friendly products that reduce the carbon footprint and create healthy living and work environments are a focus of MSC members.
- Geothermal Heating and Cooling – this system controls the temperature in your home or business by using an underground pump to transfer the constant earth temperature into the building to regulate the indoor temperature.
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) – as construction projects continue to move toward going green and using materials to create structures that are healthier, more efficient, sustainable, and cost-saving, LEED has become the world’s most widely used green building rating systems.
- Wind Energy – wind turbines can be used to create the electricity used to power HVAC systems in businesses and homes. Wind-assisted heat exchange and wind powered heat pumps also use wind energy to heat buildings and homes.
